Products must be used as intended and in accordance with any included instructions. Items containing small parts are not suitable for young children. Pet products should be used under owner supervision. EmberHaus is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse of any product.

11. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
If you experience any issue with your order, contact support@emberhaus.com before initiating a chargeback, most issues are resolved within one business day. Chargebacks determined to be illegitimate will be formally disputed with supporting evidence, and associated accounts may be refused future service.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EmberHaus is established. Any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.
