Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it ships. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 additional business days.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 7 to 15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays, weather events, and peak seasons can extend transit times.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the first tracking scan to appear after you receive your tracking number.

MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages at no extra cost. Each package will have its own tracking number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order, or before fulfillment, whichever comes first, by emailing support@emberhaus.com. EmberHaus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect customer-provided address may be reshipped at the customer's expense, or refunded for the item price minus original shipping costs once the package is received back.

LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@emberhaus.com and we will open a carrier investigation, then replace or refund any shipment confirmed lost in transit. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
